Me resulta más saludable saludar a quien no me gusta, que retirarle el saludo. Si al verle, siempre tengo que tener en mente que no me gusta, ello me está perjudicando pues continuamente revitalizo lo negativo que este produce en mi, contaminado de esta manera mi paz interna.
Es más fácil saludar por inercia que agachar la cabeza o retirar la mirada.
